At EDM, we do things differently by design. We start by listening to what our customers wish they had in a contract manufacturing relationship and then we structure the program around that wishlist. Our engineering, supply chain management, program management and production teams all are part of developing that solution. Variable demand? Our supply chain and production teams design a stocking program with finished goods Kanban that fits the need. Concerned about labor cost? Our engineering team specializes in custom automation that minimizes labor so well that we’ve brought projects back from China. Concerned about quality? So, is every one of our employee owners on the production floor. Need a better product to beat the competition? Our engineering team has a track record of helping customers do that, as well.
